Sales & Leadership Accelerator Experience

This 90-day accelerator is built on the foundation of Empowering Performance Inc.’s (EPI) Leadership to Live By™ materials, the HOW Gal’s CASH framework, and over 42 years of collective and collaborative experience.

Set the Stage for Success

Take ownership of your growth from the start by completing the pre-session intake form and your leadership and sales assessment. This enables us to personalize your experience and empowers you to start strong and set the stage for success.

Day 1 – Build Your Foundation

Launch your leadership journey with dynamic, hands-on experiences, and expert-led content tailored for you. Using your sales assessment we’ll guide you through your leadership mindset, communication style, and influence patterns.

Evening Networking Reception
Put your skills into action at an exclusive networking event hosted by Kelly Leadership Institute. Connect with business professionals, industry leaders, and peers to expand your network and opportunities.

Day 2 – Apply, Master, & Elevate

Dive deeper with advanced coursework and coaching exercises. Continue to refine your leadership style, enhance emotional intelligence, and adjust your sales approach for maximum impact. This day is all about integrating leadership presence with flexible, strategic selling skills that adapt to any audience or challenge.

90-Day Success Support

Following the in-person experience you will work one-on-one with your accountability partner, receive two group coaching sessions with your cohort, as well as invitations to other virtual live labs designed to enhance your growth.
